The most frequently asked question in our channel is what are the rules. We have far fewer rules than do most IRC channels. But, yes, we do have some. The rules are NOT to inhibit anyone. They are there to keep the channel running smoothly. If you happen to disobey the rules and find yourself kicked, remember to come back here and reread these. Here are the main rules:

         Do not flood the channel. This means typing more than 3 or 4 lines in a row. Not only is this annoying, but it creates lag, and noone likes lag. This is an automatic kick with no warnings.

         No Advertising. This is also very annoying and is also an automatic kick with no warning. This includes Phone Sex numbers. We especially frown upon ads for other servers or channels.

         Be nice to people. You will be kicked off for being abusive, harrassing, or just being plain old rude. This includes in the main channel AND in private.....You will be warned for this one....If you do not heed the warning....Bye bye.

         No fighting in the main channel. The others are not here to listen to you fight with someone. You will be warned and then if you don't stop...Kicked.

         There are obvious rules as well....Rascism, bias towards sexual orientation, etc is an automatic kick.

         Trolling for minors is a definate no-no. Not only will this get you kicked and banned...Your DNS will be taken down and you will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

         Do not ask for pictures, hacker crap, cracks, etc in the channel. If you want someones pic...ask them in private.

         XWorld themselves, the sponsers of this server, does not allow bots in most channels....And I personally hate them. There is no reason to be running a bot in this channel. If a bot is found running, you will be asked politely to remove it, if you don't, you AND the bot will make a hasty exit.

         Do not ask for OPerator status. You will not get it, but you will annoy the OPs. And we all know what happens then.

         Keep in mind that these people are just that, people. DO NOT come on strongly, or start groping someone who hasn't given you permission. We view rape on here the same as in real life. Automatic kick.
